So far, my first winter in 929 house has been miserable. Although new AC/heater units have been installed in my unit the apartment rarely gets above 65 degrees. On top of that, there have been numerous mornings without hot or cold water. In general these apartments are very expensive - paying for a pseudo doorman like security, mail delivery and the 'equity' brand - but I think that if you are willing to dig a little bit deeper you can find much more reliable and better value apartments.
