We have lived at this building for 3 years. The location is great, but that is now the only positive. When we first moved in, the building was well maintained. Since then, everything has gone down-hill. There is frequent loss of hot water, even in the mornings, and many times without warning from management. The elevators had expired inspections for over 9 months, and the City actually posted warning letters. Now there are reports about vandalism and people soliciting in the middle of the night, despite the supposedly limited entry. If you are a prospective renter, please do your homework and talk to the current residents (when the management isn't standing next to you).
