I find Worthington Place secure friendly and very good value. The management office has been nothing but supportive of me, missed rent payments, damaged to the apt. that was totally my fault and trying to move around the building to other apartments - in all this they have tried their best and I have been happy.
For the money WP is a good deal, some of fixtures are a bit poor, carpets for example, but the huge ceilings and well lit corridors are great.
parking is good, you get a free space with your place. Parking out of office hours is so easy round the back. It is a private street so you cannot be ticketed for anything.
