Terrible Management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
Great location but beware of retarded and bitchy management team. Managment teams has no concept of customer services and inflexible. (for example, they cannot handle tenents with new cars and are rude to tenents who are students.) They are slow to respond to requests and like to enter your units at inconvinent time with minimal notification. Manager of the building enjoys sending bitchy letters to tenents for her own entertainment. Heating often fails in the winter and poor management of fire alarms (often goes off at night) Unfortunatley, they have no competition in the area.
