Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
has great potential, but...
-management at best puts on a friendly facade;
-industrial carpeting;
-still short on closet/storage space;
-rubber bumpers where the wall meets the floor; and
-the cheapest kitchen cabinets they could possibly install.
the good parts:
-possibly nice views;
-sincerely friendly maintenance team; and
-large floor plans.
