Great apartments, clean very well manicured and managed building, parking does suck if two tenants live there (try to park by the gate near the at&t building) Modern and efficient kitchens and baths! HUGE windows and vaulted beam ceilings. Super quiet building especially as tenenats are primarilly students at MIT and Harvard. The office staff is okay, never had many dealings with them, Laundry room is okay but some people have a tendancy to leave their items for hours in the machines. Great security with card access and close to the red line kendall square.
