As with any place, there are pluses and minus.
large open floor plans
gotta love those 14' ceiling
waist-high to ceiling windows fills 1 side
of the apartment.
nearly ideal location
- There is construction going on along the walk to the nearest T station. Not noisy or anything, but the walk is not so nice.
- Very little storage (1 bedroom clost, 1 entry way closet)
Does have bike storage
- Gray, thin carpet
- May get outdoor parking, couple hundred feet away
- Laundry driers don't alway dry well. Also gotta buy a laundry "smart" card.
