Was good, then got bad

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
We lived at these apartments starting in 1999 and enjoyed them quite a lot in the beginning. They were new, it was close to many things, there was parking, laundry in the unit....the maintenance people were extremely nice and the manager was a very friendly and nice person. Then the manager was promoted in the Winn properties company and a new manager started. She was awful. She was rude, didn't respond timely, seemed to think any request was a burden. It was a complete turnaround. We moved out in 2001, not because of her, but it was nice to say goodbye to her anyway. Pros: the apartment is nice, landscaping is good, it's close to many things. Cons: the managment isn't good, neighbors could be loud with their music, the rent is too high.
