Great Location, Quality Architecture

Have enjoyed living at Auburn Court for a while now. While living in an dense urban environment is obviously never going to be as safe as say living in suburbia, I certainly would never trade all of the great Cambridge restaurants and shops within feet of my front door for some boring culdesac. I?ve been here for three years now and have never had an issue with safety. As for the previous reviewer?s comment about security cameras ? they do indeed work (go in the office and check for yourself). Whether or not they actually deter crime I?m not sure, but I wanted to clear up that misinformation. The office staff has always been nice; although, I do wish they were open Saturdays and later hours to pick up package deliveries. The craftsmanship in my two-story townhouse is remarkable and the park outside is very cozy. The price is a bit steep but it?s Cambridge so that?s to be expected. Only an extremely fussy person would complain about having a FREE parking space in Cambridge of all places (if you have an SUV that takes up a lot of room then it could be tight but for someone with normal or compact size car the spaces are more than adequate). Rating the parking a one (when most people would die for a free space in this area) shows just how delusional some people are out there. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
