I have been living in Auburn Park since 2000 and have found it to be absolutely excellent. The manager is amazing-personable and efficient. Repairs are done promptly and servicemen are extremely pleasant.
The neighbors are very mixed in terms of consideration for others. That was the weakest point: I never felt that I had a great neighbor in the complex nor was there any neighborhood association. HOWEVER everything else was excellent-spacious, attractive rooms, spanking new appliances, lots of room and utterly central to Cambridge and Boston. Highly recommended.
