People like you are the reason why service is sub-average in this country. You ACCEPT slackers and standards that are lower than other's. You're the type of person that loves their car even though it breaks down every other day. Sorry for the personal attack, but you need to open your eyes.

And, by the way, all the flashy/congeniality stuff the management pulls at your lease-signing/moving-in is no different than a car salesman kissing your ass on the day of the sale. The people I signed my lease with didn't even remember my name the next week.

I agree things are slowly getting better, but keep in mind most of these reviews were written by people who went thru the hellish winter that you DIDN'T have to endure.
