Worst Managed Apt - Dont Be Deceived

The apartments are new. Basically everything else rates an F. The front office is incredibly unhelpful. They promise high speed internet (which may take 6 weeks to 6 months to turn on) and cable (ditto). They promise parking (which they make renege on).
If you need to speak to a manager they keep you waiting for 20 min or until you go away. The mail is messed up. There is a gate to the parking lot. The tenant gate openers dont work (none of them). The desk has to open them, sometimes they arent there for 20 minutes and you have no way to get in.
Some of the people working behind the desk state a) they dont know the manager's name, b) they dont know where to call for questions, c) they dont know when the manager when be in time or day, d) can you come back some other time.
Then there are random fire alarms and now thefts...
