Most of the complaints you've read here are true.
1) Parking--There was a memo sent to all tenants which implied that a good number had a parking space _taken away_ from them mid-lease. The spaces are way too small, especially considering the incompetent drivers.
2) Internet--It only seems to get slower. If you have used Comcast or Verizon or anybody else, they are a delight (relative speaking, of course!) both in terms of speed and customer service. No joke!
3) Thefts--While it is a problem everywhere, this place has not been immune (it could be subpar access control or an in-house event).
4) Nobody of importance in the management office has stayed for more than a few months. It makes it difficult for anybody to be accountable. I don't blame any of them for leaving, however!
5) The service at the concierge desk has droppsed significantly ever since a change in employees. There is nobody to handle your service requests or get your mail.
