Not worth it, no matter how good the promotions are

This building suffers from "lowest bidder" syndrome. The hot water is lacking at times, the windows leak, the heat is sometimes lacking, you can hear people running down the hall several floors away (sound most be transmitted through the steel).
Parking is a nightmare (guests can't park on the street, they have to park at the Alewife garage--it's a decent walk if the garage is full), "high-speed" Internet feels slower than dialup, TV reception goes out at the slightest trace of rain or snow, the list goes on and on.
I thought I was getting a deal with their promotions and whatnot, but it's not worth the trouble. Just ask residents around the building--they all seem to have their own horror stories. Too bad I didn't do it when I signed up--it's the responsibility of the leasing agents to sell the apartments, not tell you about its deficiencies.
