We've lived here for almost a year now, and are still frequently frustrated. Upon first inspection it looks like a luxury apartment complex, but we've realised this isn't the case.

We're on the top floor and can actually hear the subway from our bedroom!! Not only that, we constantly hear the elevator beeping and the garbage chute.

The A/C system can only heat OR cool so in the spring and fall you frequently can't get your apartment to a comfortable temperature.

The complex as a whole is minimally maintained, I'm surprised how much wear and tear there is given how new it is.

The internet and TV service is spotty and the response time to complaints is VERY slow.

The alarm system in the building goes off much more often than anywhere else I've ever lived. It's incredibly loud and regularly disturbs our sleep when there isn't actually an emergency in the building.

Finally, they have a policy of manipulating rents by quoting an absurdly high rent and then offering concessions to bring the average rent down.

On the good side, it is very convenient to the Alewife T-station, and they do have a gym, albeit a small one and is often very crowded.
