Not a clear cut - depends on your needs

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
If you'd like to live in a nice community - this place is not for you: neighbors are often inconsiderate; concierge is unfriendly; and the management is completely unresponsive.
On the other side, if you just need a subway station, decent-size apartment, one-car garage parking, gym, and dryer/washer in your apartment, then this place should work.
Most of the problems with this place are annoying but are not absolutely critical unless your well-being depends on the following items: occasional problems with Internet, somewhat tight parking, easily-marked carpet, and mid-night alarms.
