OK place to live, access to public transport and hiway 2 best features

I lived at this place for 2 years. The reasons I took this place included the location: closest building to a T stop, and easy access to highway 2 to get out of the city to work; pretty new and modern building which is not that common in Cambridge, the pool.
Overall, I was mostly happy to stay there. I didn't like the office staff that much, they could fix their attitude a bit, the attitude of the front door staffing was always great. Pool is available only for the summer months, and sometimes it takes a while before it opens for the summer. Sometimes it's closed for maintenance, and it's really irritating that they can take days to fix it. But when it's open it's really nice.
The sound insulation is for the most part sufficient. However, just a few weeks before we moved out this summer, we got new neighbors, that really liked to have their tv too loud. It was mostly the bass that came through, way too loud, I went and asked once around midnight to pipe down, didn't much help, I'm happy to leave that behind.
They have grill in the yard, but don't allow any alcohol, no beer or wine, that's a big minus. In our new apt (in CA) we can finally enjoy nice bbq with beer and wine.
The fire alarm went off too often, it can really drive you nuts when it comes in the middle of the night. In the end I just refused to move out even if they said the problem was in our floor / wing, just got really good earplugs. Having it go off too often is really counterproductive, then people learn to ignore it (well, only with *really* good earplugs) and won't act if there's real need. It's like Peter calling the wolf too often.
