I moved out

Personally, i didn't see much of a change with new management. They were nice to me and always available if i had questions, etc. Additionally, moving out was made really easy with a quick walk through and my deposit check back within 2 weeks (i did some cleaning first).
I agree with the last reviewer about the traffic. I am really surprised that the building and all the other businesses down the street haven't complained more about the lights (when you come out of the garage your green light comes slighlty after the traffic from the garage so the intersection is blocked since most MASS drivers dont understand right-of-way). I emailed the Cambridge Traffic Dept and their response was that they know its a problem and have put cops there before. great...thanks. how about a traffic engineer, a cops presence and a sign or two to help the law-challenged drivers' I miss NYC...
Anyhow, the thing that bothered me the most about the apartment was the inability to control the heat --my heat was off but the apt was always 72 . open the window and deal with a blast of cold air at your feet (and it doesnt close itself). If i owned that building i would have the system upgraded so that you could bring in outdoor air with the thermostat. This is the reason i moved.
