Decent sized room, a little cheaper than comparables in other places. This building has many families with children, especially Japanese and Koreans.
Nice internal courtyard, secure and quiet, though there are noises at night from the roads.


I found some of their policies a little irritating. Probably had about 5 fire alarms in one year, including two evacuations. Then they seem to want to come into the room sometimes, to change a window, or clean the AC units, or paint the hallways, or change the carpets.

Parking is a little crowded. They are adding ceiling tiles, so having sement fall on your car shouldn't happen anymore.
