AWFUL!!! Definitely NOT worth it!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The management is AWFUL, the new mgmt (Wynn Residential or something) is just awful. They are not helpful and not responsive to the tenants' needs at all. The referral program is --------!!! They lost my referral documentation so I didn't get paid for my referral. The internet connection is EXTREMELY slow, and more often than not, it's not even up! Extremely bad TV reception for some channels! Most washer/dryer in the laundry room is broken all the time. So you just keep on wasting your time and money! Noise level can be pretty bad...you can hear the train squeaking all the time. Parking space is very small and the access to the garage is pretty bad. Only 1 elevator can be used to go to the lower garage, so when the elevator is broken, you're pretty much screwed because you have to walk all the way. They turned off the air conditioner when summer time isn't over yet. So you simply can't sleep because it becomes extremely HOT and HUMID inside the apartment with no air conditioner.
