Lived there from 2000-2002. Very nice building, well maintained, friendly and professional office staff, friendly and efficient maintenance. My only gripe is that my 4th-floor apartment was directly above the bus stop, so it was very loud if you had the windows open. There's not much insulation between the floors either, so you can hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors. Other than that it was a great place to live.
