I lived here from 2002-2004 and continue to recommend the building to my friends.

It is very centrally located, convenient to the T, buses and easy access to the Mass Pike. Harvard/MIT are within walking distance or 1 stop on the T.

Apartments have many different layouts but are generally spacious and modern. I liked the 2 bedroom, 2 bath setup. Central Heat and AC is included in the rent.

It is great to have parking right downstairs. It used to be free but now I believe they charge for it. Also, the spots are tight, got a few scratches on my car as a result.

Management has been amazing. The staff was changed in 2002 and they were extremely responsive to fixing any problems I had. Though it changed owners in 2004 I think the staff is still the same.

Only other couple issues are: Noise from buses and a local bar if you face Green Street - doesn't bother any other side. Also, I recall some residents were running a laundry service out of the building, the machines were always full.

I would highly recommend the building. It is a cheaper, better maintained option that what you will find on the Boston side.
