Church Corners Apartments

You don't get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   Church Corner's greatest asset is location. Beyond that the building itself is nothing special and in some cases lacks geatly. One of the elevators has problems with the door closing properly (Both lack a current inspection tag and are many months out of inspection). The laundry room could stand to be cleaned more often. Hot water gets stretched thin in the morning during peek usage times. The availability of a gym and parking on site is a huge plus though. If you really need to live right in Central Square and don't care about rent then you can survive here but there are better. Talking to older residents has revealed that the quality of management has gone down some since Equity took over. They're trying to run a building on a tight budget and that doesn't seem to be working. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
