Pros: Fantastic location. 15 minutes to downtown Boston, 10 minutes to the commuter rail and the northern metrowest burbs. Steps to the T. Ample parking garage. Very quiet (compared to some of the experiences I've had in other large, apartment buildings). Exercise room on premises. Building is clean, and modern. Dishwasher! Safety has never been a concern of mine living here - and it has elsewhere. Maintenance is very good; issues always resolved within 72 hours, usually by the time you get home from work if you call first thing in the morning. Office staff (Anna) has been great - very professional and very easy to talk to. No concierge, but packages will be brought to your room so they are there when you get home, typically the same day as delivery.

Cons: Expensive (but honestly, good value for the money). Only 2-bedroom units.

The apartment complex is HIGHLY underrated. I highly recommend this place, to anyone looking to live in Cambridge. If you commute to Park Street, Downtown Crossing, or anywhere else on the red line, SERIOUSLY consider this place.
