I lived here since 3 years. i never had any problems until now. i live in one bedroom at 364 rindge ave, the whole system is bad at this place. The people in the office don't help you and if you are late 2-3 days in paying rent they sent you notice to quit in 14 days which is not enough time to find another place. The manangement office should replace assistant manager and hire well educated and helpful person instead of this rude, arrogant and bad person. The security officer manager is also very rude towing cars for no reason. the assistant manager should be replace as she is not helpful, every year lease agreement appointment she is very rude. if i want to change appointment due to work or hospital or sickness she said if i don't come than i will have to quit. quit for what' she is there to help us, not to give us headache. Don't rent any apartment until the management is replace specially security manager who is no help to open door if You forgot your keys
and assistant property manager. Elevator does not have inspection stickers and they get stuck most of the time. I myself looking for new apartment before any 14 days quitting notice come from assistant manager.
