Love it here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived in several Cambridge apartments and this has been the best housing experience. It is very difficult to find updated, serviced buildings in Cambridge and this is one of few. The building is 4 years old and all common areas and the units are impeccably clean. The quality of the building materials is much greater than I have experienced in other buildings, it's the little things like the paneled doors and window moldings that make it feel more comfortable. Laundry on every floor, friendly concierges and manager, professional quiet neighbors, and you could not be closer to the T. Although on Mass Ave, my interior facing unit is very quiet apart from the ocassional sirens which are pretty hard to escape in Cambridge. Rent is more expensive than I would like, but its worth it for me. Excellent.
