You get what you pay for... From: Roxy21 Date posted: 7/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I love this place, I just signed my third lease because I just can't leave!! You won't find a better location. Only complaint would be the noise as my apartment is over Green street and it can get a little rowdy sometimes. I use street parking and have no trouble finding a spot less than 2 blocks away. Maintenance could not be better and things are always fixed as soon as they are reported. Walls are super thick - I've never heard a neighbor - which also keeps heat/AC costs in check. Also, laundry is on every floor.
