I found the entire experience of renting a property from Investments Limited to be completly frustrating, unfair and unprofessional.

The physical condition of the apartment was unacceptable upon move in. Promised repairs and general cleaning were not delivered by move in date, and were not completed after repeated requests and maintenance calls. Additionally, the common areas in the apartment building were neglected and residents were left to "manage" the property.
The laundry facilities in the basement are filthy and inadequate for the number of tenants.
Multiple times throughout the winter, the heat did not function properly and maintenance response was inconsistent and slow to repair.
After a year of these unacceptable conditions, Investments Limited raised the rent $200. The entire experience has been infuriating and tiresome.
