Everything they say is true. The only good experience I had was when I dealt withone particular woman in the office. At least when she said she would get things done she did. I called this a.m to find she has left the company. Now I'll never get any repairs made. I signed the renewal notice and now I am stuck. If Julie didn;t leave I could take another year but now I don't think I can. Time to start looking for a sublettor.
