NIGHTMARE company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I agree with every single post and then some. Since renting from this company FI and I have had property stolen (returned but only after we hassled them and threatened legal action) two times by maintenance workers who have also entered our apartment unannounced. Company urged us to rent an apartment by a certain date but they didn't have construction completed by that date. When we moved in, their brilliant electrician had installed a hook up for a range oven where the dryer hook up was supposed to be! Lovely, right' When I called to complain (b/c Sears was there w/ our washer/dryer delivery), the property manager laughed at me on the phone and said I was wrong. With every problem comes even more incompetence. The staff is incapable of solving problems that are normal for rental companies. Not only are they stupid, they are rude. They consistently and constantly yell at us on the telephone (to which I have to point out their utter stupidness and inability to effectively manage property). We cannot wait to get out of our Lease with these people. Stay as far away as possible.
