I lived their apartments that are in Riverway-Boston. The apartment was in OK condition cause the old tenant cleaned it up and painted it. I made them change the broken appliances and paint the walls. They were OK about it at first, but after the work they did for me to move in, believe me they refused to do any more service for me. Oh my god, the maintenance guy gave me an attitude for the whole time I lived there. We had mice, horrible neighbors with pets that barked all night/day long. The only good side was the location that's it, plus they increased the rent 20% in 1 year. And every winter constantly there was flooding, the ground floor apartments were a mess and you could not enter the building because there was a great amount of water mass. I don't recommend the place if you are looking for a nice place and neighborhood.
