The office people are very nice, and maintenance is responsive.

The problem is the property is old and ugly. Walls inside the apt need to be repaired, things are always breaking, the outside is dirty and full of pigeon poop on the sidewalks,etc. It's just an UGLY apartment and building. Lighting outside is dangerously poor.

I took it because I was desperate and had to move in a hurry. It is also WAAAAAY overpriced for the DUMP that it is. It's embarrasing to have friends over. Also, you have to mail your rent to Florida!

Stay away, if you can. Move elsewhere.

Oh..p.s., they have these HUGE, HORRIBLE signs tacked to the sides of the buildings advertising "Apartments for Rent". I'm surprised some neighborhood associations haven't made them take them down.
