ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Everything about this apartment and rental company is terrible. I moved from another building/rental company due to relocating and thought that this place, though it needed some TLC was perfect for me. Well, I was wrong! The only benefit is that they accept pets. The downsides are: The maintenance people are terrible, Investments has LIED to my face in regards to about 10 things. I have RATS. Yes, rats. They will not pay for an exterminator as they say they "have no rats" well, OK then, why do you have 20 rat traps downstairs with rotting rat corpses in them'' I just found one in my trap, and am now trying to get out of my lease. The increased rent, the lack of hot water, the no waste removal (dumpster almost never dumped) and then to add to the mix, the RATS! Forget it, never live here, it's just going to make you hate your life.
