Decent apartment, especially for one that allows dogs

Property Manager is awful! I've lived in my apartment for only a few months and we're on the third property manager. Impossible to get things fixed. Promise you the world to get you to move in, but never deliver. The apartment is nice though, but I don't have any faith in things getting fixed in a timely manner (or even at all).
