The staff is awful. The apartments are awful. Where they are not in direct violation of code, they are coming awfully close. (ie no heat in jan and feb), obnoxious staff blatantly swore and told me not to keep calling. they really, truly, deeply suck. Unless your only other option is a crack house infested with rabid beasts, don't move here. Actually, you should probably consider the crack house.
