Horrible, rude staff and poorly maintained building

This is THE worse management company. When I moved in, the elevator had been broken for 2 months and they didn't even say a thing about it. We had to carry our furniture up 5 flights of stairs.
I called on a Saturday to tell them that the heat wasn't working and they were SO rude, and told me they weren't open on Saturdays and hung up on me.
Yet they keep increasing our already overpriced rent...
Stay away...
