Mostly Okay, With Some Big Negatives

What I will say that's terribly negative about them is the blatant lack of maintenance resulting in serious safety issues and tenant inconvenience.
In my building, the elevator was actually shut down by the City, because the inspection had failed, and they'd not addressed the problem in the time allotted. I came home from a long weekend away, with a car full of stuff, and had to haul it up four flights of stairs. Worse, it took them almost two weeks to fix it and get the elevator going again, which made life hard on me and my short-legged dog.
Later in the year, our basement washing machine ended up lighting itself on fire because the belts had been let go, without maintenance, for so long. Thankfully, there really was no damage to the building, and nobody was hurt, but it resulted in a scary evacuation onto the street in the Winter cold, at 10 PM or so. Not fun.
Otherwise, leaks in the roof are generally not dealt with promptly (only an issue if you live on the top floor, as I did, I suppose), and when an apartment is coming vacant (but not yet so), Investments Ltd is a little aggravatingly aggressive about showing it. I had to clean up and get out of my apartment at least three times a week for the last month that I lived there. Once, they left my apartment unlocked after showing it; quite unprofessional.
All of that said, my apartment was in relatively good condition, and was overall a pleasant place to live. I really never had to deal with Investments Limited except in the above-described situations; mostly they were hands-off, and I just mailed in my rent and lived my life. And, they do have a very lenient pet policy, which is a rarity, especially in a fancier elevator building.
