Poor Maintenence

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Don't move in unless the place is in perfect shape. Even the most basic requests will require hounding the office and maintenance staff. Even when you do get through to them, they're never on the same page, and you have to tell your whole life story to every person you talk to.
