The worst landlords possible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   If you live here, expect to pay high rent for endless leaks that are never fixed, slippery sidewalks that cause every tenant in the building to fall down despite citations by Cambridge Inspectional Services, and slow to no repairs. Expect to wake up repeatedly for fires in the never-maintained dryers, malfunctioning fire alarms that go off literally all night, employees who just show up in your unit unannounced while you are getting in the shower, employees who leave your unit unlocked, a complete failure to give appropriate notice, and a failure to pay interest on your security deposit. You will not be able to contact the company through the surly night answering service, although when you call them (as you'll do repeatedly, to get anything fixed), you'll be treated nastily and rudely. Why rent here, when you can get better service and maintenance at a crack house in Roxbury'
