I've lived in my investments limited apartment long enough to know that these guys are crooks. If you call them for maintenance, never fail they have an excuse. It's either something else way more awful happened in some other building so they can't do yours, or oh, you didn't answer your phone, even though you've been sitting at it for over an hour waiting for them to call back. Broken plumbing, locks that don't work and heat that doesn't work is never an emergency for this company - even though these problems mean that you are either trapped in your apartment or can't live in your apartment.

Parking is acceptable, but its all street parking, so they have nothing to do with that.

Noise is terrible, the walls are thin, the people upstairs either have loud music/TV or pets running around that resonate in my apartment. The front doors opening and closing creates a ton of noise.

The grounds are generally covered in trash that the company refuses to pick up.

Safety - my apartment was broken into.

Construction - oh man... that one is a joke. This place is falling apart. Plumbing that breaks all the time and the fixtures are cheap. This place might as well not have any insulation in the winter.

Maintenance - the people are rude, generally unresponsive so that you have to wait at least hours to a phone call responding to an emergency, if not DAYS.

The staff is unprofessional and rude.
