I used to work for this company. Believe me it is not the fault of the Cambridge office. The Florida owner of this Company will not spend money. He pays way more money trying to avoid making repairs than it would cost if he just had them taken care of. He will not hire capable employees it may cost him more than $10 bucks an hour. He is there to suck the life out of you and any cash he may be able to along the way. If you bother him instead of the Cambridge office things will get done in a more timly manner.
