Our first of many bad experiences with Investments Limited started the day we received the keys. Our apartment was on the 6th floor and the Cambridge manager - MANAGER - forgot to tell us that the elevator was broken. (and had been broken for weeks) After carrying our belongings up 6 flights of stairs, we arrived to find the previous tenants' had left THEIR unwanted belongings for us to deal with. No one from Investments ltd had inspected our apartment before we moved in. They didn't even ensure it was clean.

We asked that it be painted when we found that the previous owners had kids had colored over the walls with crayon, but they said no. Then we discovered our neighbor's apartment was being painted before they moved in because of a few cracks. No maintenance was done over the next three years we were there, but the rent was 400/month higher by the time we left.

Try getting them to fix ANYTHING - heat, plumbing - and you will get attitude from the staff. Once, they actually hung up on me. They let people in to my apartment without asking me on more than one occasion. Once I came home to find the contents of my bathroom cupboards had been emptied onto the floor and hallway and thought for a second an intruder had been in my house. It was Investments Ltd.

There was one male agent that worked there over the years that was pleasant and considerate but every female employee I spoke to on the phone was rude rude rude.
