Mold in the building!

The building has mold in the A/C and *all* apartments are affected. Everyone in the building is being temporarily moved so that the problem can be corrected.

There are many low-income apartments in the building, so there are a lot of people you see living there who pay *a lot less* than you do for the same apartment.
