Both good reviews are FAKE From: etwoe Date posted: 9/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I heard about this site from the person KBL hired to write and submit the positive reviews on this site! Notice that they're about the same length: that's because it's what they asked for, a concise listing of advertising points. The bad ones are more accurate, and here are the highlights: 1) The building is half empty, but the management company hasn't lowered rents. Rents throughout cambridge and boston have dropped by hundred of dollars in the same period of time. Is the management company stupid, dealing with a major mold issue, or trying to clear out the building' 2) The A/C system was cleaned, but the problem is NOT under control. Everyone was required to run their A/C during the summer to slow proliferation of mold. 3) The management company moved from KBL to 91 sidney st, and service has accordingly dropped off. Its hard to get packages now. I didn't even know one of mine had been delievered for days, and then had to call to find out if it was. I was passed to three different people just to track down the maintance guy at KBL to get my package. 4) The grassy field next to the building is about to become a huge construction site. They won't tell you about it though. But good luck finding parking! 5) They suddenly fired all the old maintenance people when the mold issue came up, apparently to contain gossip among people who had been friendly with them living here for years. One of them came back and robbed one or more apartments with the keys he had. There was also a suspicious fire around the same time: flammable solvent were placed next to an oven on high in an empty unit.
