Stay away, mold problem still persists

Visited the place today. The units we were shown were not the units they were renting, although they looked ok. However, as we were walking through the hallways, we smelled mold. The air in the hallways was thick and moist. We felt that the heat was turned up despite 70 degrees outside.
The management offered $1000 toward our moving expenses if we decided then and there to take an apartment that we hadn't even seen. This seemed like an obvious attempt to trick us into renting a place before we could find out about the negative history of KBL. To be fair, the management rep did say that we could change our minds within 72 hours.
