Surprised to see all of the bad reviews - I moved in a couple of months ago and haven't seen any of these problems. Mold' The problem must have been resolved, because I haven't seen or heard of any problems.

Office staff (especially Shelly) very helpful and friendly in my experience. Parking is expensive ($210/month) but the garage on Pilgrim street is great. I don't know if I would want to deal with street parking in the area though.

I like it COLD and the AC in here is very powerful, great...I guess maybe it would have been nice to switch to AC a couple weeks earlier, we had some hot days in late May (the building is always either heating or cooling).

Package pickup problems' Again, maybe there have been changes made, but I have ordered a lot of stuff from Amazon and it's right there at the concierge desk, about 20 feet from my mailbox.

It can be a little noisy outside, but really if you're expecting a white picket fence Central Square is probably not the place for you.

Maintenance is top notch! I had a weird problem with Verizon not activating my phone properly and blaming it on the building, the maintenance staff got on the phone with them and worked everything out.

True, I've only been here a short time but so far, really, no complaints at all.
