Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
I?ve lived at KBL for six years. Never had any trouble with the AC. The utility bills come late, but ... this is a problem' And the noise is nothing unusual for living in the city.
Bottom line: the apartments are huge. Maintenance and security are good. The location is fantastic -- three blocks to the Red Line, and the Middle East is right there. And my rent?s going up, but certainly not by 12% ... and for the size of the place I have, in the location it?s in, it?s still cheap.
So ... why should you believe me and not the other guy who posted a review' Well, ask yourself -- which one of us posted anonymously'
