My loft apartment is huge, open and sunny. Central Sq. is a great location. However, there is a strong (moldy') smell in the summer that seems to linger year round and it's FREEZING in the winter. I blame the HVAC heat/ac. Also, they could not have picked an uglier carpet pattern for the common areas.
Altogether, it's a nice, clean, friendly, safe place with good tenants. But I don't know if it's worth the high price.
