This place is noisy.

In one bedroom, I could hear my neighbor's conversations as if I were in the same room. I'm not exaggerating, here.

The front doors are on hinges, and as people enter, they swing closed and slam shut. Something about the place amplifies this and makes it sound like a slightly muffled gunshot.

Overall, I think the conversion from factory to loft space was poor.

Sure, they've painted the walls nicely, and installed modern designer carpet. But the core building has serious problems.

Don't consider this place if you enjoy sleeping peacefully.
