Before moving in, I came to this website and was very concerned about the management based upon what I read here. Not being one to beat around the bush, I called the management staff and asked them their opinion about Ms. White. They had nothing but good things to say about her and also told me she manages the apartment extremely well. Later in the day, Barbara called me directly and added some additional information. What she told me is that she runs a tight ship, does not tolerate drugs, loud music, or tenants to be inconsiderate of others. After hearing this I was sold! She reminds of my own mother and it is abundantly clear that she manages this apartment tremendously well.

The attention to detail can be seen in the way the grounds are kept, the cleanliness of the foyer, the courteousness of the staff, and the EXCELLENT service provided by everyone.

On move-in day, my contract was ready to go, the elevator was ready for the movers to bring my belongings up to my apartment, cable and internet were installed the NEXT day (this was after COMCAST informed me it would be two weeks before I could get it installed).

Additionally, when I signed my lease I was informed that there was already one work order for the shower (I had not even seen the apartment yet). When I took a shower that night, the shower seemed fine to me. The following day, one of the maintenance technicians arrived to install a new handheld, massaging, shower-head.

Personally, I have experienced nothing but cheerful, polite and courteous service from Ms. White and the rest of her staff. I even recommended this place to a friend of mine who is also moving to Cambridge. After speaking with Barbara, he is moving in at the end of the month as well.

I'm a Captain in the United States Army and I expect excellent service and a well run operation. 700 Huron has been all of that and more and I cannot recommend this place more whole-heartedly.
